Virginia offers ham products for New Year’s Eve, festive gatherings

The Chicken Pear-shaped Ham, available in an 800-gram size, delights with a sweet aroma and uniquely juicy flavor. Meanwhile, the Pear-shaped Ham, in 500g, 800g, and 1kg sizes, stands as an elegantly molded, mildly seasoned ham sure to satisfy discerning palates.

 

Leftover ham need not go to waste; it can be transformed into delectable dishes such as patatim, sandwiches and soup, Chef Tamosa said.
