The Head Chef of Estiatorio, Jada Maranga said, members of the restoBar staff are trained by a French Chef especially hired by the owners to create a special menu to satisfy the diners and to give excellent food quality.

Chef Jada made her own sauces from scratch for Filipino favorites such as Kare-Kare, and to some other main course. Estiatorio serves mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the Chef said.
