Whimsical menu at Shangri-La Mactan for its “Find Your Shangri-La” campaign

 LAPULAPU CITY – Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu offers an unforgettable dining experience as part of its “Find Your Shangri-La” global campaign with a curated Whimsical Menu, a culinary masterpiece available at Tea of Spring priced at P9,800 for two persons until August 13, with a delightful medley of enticing and exotic flavors for the discerning gourmand. 


Guests who wish to explore the flavors at their own pace can also choose to experience the dishes from the Whimsical Menu à la carte curated by its Executive Chinese Chef, Liu Zhijun.

One can find paradise in every Shangri-La all over the world. #FindYourShangrila Campaign showcases an exceptional selection of dishes that seamlessly blend localized flavors with international techniques.

#FindYourShangrila starts with a toast to the fantastical natural wonderland, *Meet Daydreamer, Taste of Eden, and Sky's the Limit. These aren't your typical cocktails: These are made of London Dry Gin with Butterfly Pea Flowers, Almond Syrup Maraschino, fresh lime juice and pasteurized Eez White.

Welcome its Whimsical Shangri-La Special Menus and Master chef Cooking Classes with familiar favorites, re-imagined. Shangri-La’s roster of master chefs brings specially curated, whimsically imagined epicures for guests to savor - and learn how to make them yourself!

Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu invited some media and digital content creators to taste and savor its Whimsical Menu at the Tea Spring Restaurant on June 7 with its sales and marketing team for its #FindYourShangria campaign.

Here are the delectable whimsical dishes guests can delight in: The APPETIZER.  Bohol-farmed prawn & Cebuano mangoes, wasabi fish roe, wasabi cream, malunggay leaves, kataif noodles.

The SOUP: Double-boiled abalone, dried scallop, spiny sea cucumber in chicken broth, coconut flesh in coconut shell.

MAIN COURSE 1: - Red Lapu-Lapu grouper fillet, golden broth, crispy rice, fresh coriander, shrimp roe, chrysanthemum sense.

MAIN COURSE 2: - Poached lobster & seafood, perigord black truffle, egg white curd, master broth, asparagus, gold leaves.

MAIN COURSE 3: - Smoky A5 wagyu cube roll in Merlot black pepper sauce, garlic chips, cherry wood smoke.

The DESSERT: - Mango and passion fruit, strawberry pearls, peach gum and matcha crumbs.
