Doulos Hope, floating book fair at Cebu Pier 5 from Oct.15 to Nov. 10

CEBU CITY -- Doulos Hope, an international floating book fair is coming to Cebu in partnership with Cebu City Hall and is open to the public at Cebu Pier 5 from October 15 to November 10, 2024 to share knowledge, help and hope.

The floating book fair opens on Tuesdays through Sunday at 1:00-8:30 PM but closed on Mondays.  Visitors to Doulos Hope are offered a selection of over 2,000 different book titles at affordable prices.

It covers a wide range of subjects including science, medicine, arts, languages, faith, hobbies, cooking, and sports. With children’s titles, academic texts, dictionaries, atlases, and more, a visit to the book fair is something the whole family can enjoy.

Note that children must be accompanied by an adult and require their own tickets. Children under 12 and seniors are free, but they still need to have a ticket booked.  For all others, the entrance fee is 50 PHP (cash only) and this will be collected at the entrance to the book fair.
