In celebration of Buwan ng Kasaysayan, the hotel and the Tuburan-based coffee brand are rolling out three exclusive coffee pairing sets. The collaboration spotlights Tuburan Coffee’s premium, organically grown beans from the highlands of northern Cebu, paired with beloved local delicacies reimagined for today’s palate.

Three pairings, three stories with the limited-time menu curated into three sets, each inspired by a chapter of Filipino identity—The Heritage Set,
a tribute to classic Filipino merienda
pairs with Tuburan Coffee with Bibingka Espesyal, soft rice cake topped with creamy goat cheese, and Suman Malagkit, the timeless sticky rice delicacy.
The Ilustrado pairing is set for those with a taste for buttery elegance.
Features Harianong Ube, a royal ube ensaymada, alongside Galleon Roll, Mezzo’s take on Spanish bread — sweet, delicate, and nostalgic.
The Maharlika experience is a bold, indulgent finish. It showcases Otap de Archipielago, crisp otap drizzled with jackfruit glaze, and Maruya sa Tsokolate — golden banana fritters served with a rich hot chocolate dip.
Each set is designed to bring out the unique aroma and flavor profile of Tuburan Coffee while supporting local farmers and food makers.
